During this camp week, participants train 4 to 5 hours per day at the gymnastics hall in Weert. This top-level facility is fully equipped for gymnasts of different levels and offers plenty of opportunities to train during the summer holidays, learn new skills and make progress.
The gymnastics hall features professional training facilities, including a competition floor, foam pits, trampolines and multiple uneven bars and beam setups. The available facilities allow participants to train with purpose and safely practise new skills.
All LevelZ Girls & TalentstarZ Boys
During this camp week, girls and boys train in groups based on age & level. This ensures that the training matches each participant’s development as closely as possible.
All LevelZ Girls is open to gymnasts of different competition levels – from the lower competition levels within the All LevelZ target group up to the higher TalentstarZ level. Gymnasts who train at a high competition level can therefore also participate in All LevelZ.
All girls are placed in a training group that matches their age and level. Girls who meet the TalentstarZ level requirements will be placed in suitable TalentstarZ training groups within the All LevelZ camp. Girls competing at the lower levels within the All LevelZ target group will likewise be placed in appropriate training groups.
TalentstarZ Boys is aimed at boys who train at competition level and want to further develop within gymnastics. Here too, training groups are organised according to age and level.
Training and personal development
Throughout the camp week, training is at the heart of the programme. Participants follow a varied training programme led by experienced coaches. There is a strong focus on technique, improving existing skills and learning new skills.
More than just training
A SportstarZ camp is about more than training. Alongside the training sessions, there is plenty of time for relaxation, fun and activities with the other participants.
During this camp week, we will visit the swimming pool together, giving participants the chance to relax and unwind after an intensive day of training.
On Thursday evening, we will finish the camp week with a festive barbecue and disco. A great moment to look back on the week together, celebrate new friendships and enjoy one final evening together.
This way, we combine a sporty training week with a fun and memorable holiday experience.
“Performance comes with fun!”
