TalentstarZ Camp is for gymnasts aged 7 to 21.

• KNGU: Levels and divisions 1–3 & Elite
• Younger gymnasts working towards Middenbouw levels 1–2
• USAG: Levels 5–10 & Elite
• Minimum of 12 hours of gymnastics training per week
• Or a comparable international level

If you match the TalentstarZ level requirements or train more than 12 hours per week at your own club, this is the camp for you!

All LevelZ Camp is for gymnasts aged 7 to 21.

Are you a gymnast who loves to train, learn new skills and have fun with other gymnasts? Whether you’re just starting out or already have several years of gymnastics experience, All LevelZ GirlZ is the perfect camp for you!

This camp brings together gymnasts of different levels and ages. During training, you’ll be placed in a group that matches your individual level and experience, so you can challenge yourself and make progress at your own pace.

Old StarZ Camp is for female gymnasts aged 21 and older who are currently active gymnasts or have previously competed at a competitive level.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy a challenging and suitable training week, we have set a few minimum requirements:

• KNGU: currently or previously competed in Division 4 or higher
• USAG: currently or previously competed at Level 6 or higher
• Minimum skills: kip on low and high bar, round-off back handspring layout on floor
• Comparable international competition level

The camp is designed to offer a challenging and exciting week of gymnastics, while creating opportunities to connect, have fun and share the passion for gymnastics with like-minded peers.

TalentstarZ Boys is for boys between the age of 7 and 21.

Dutch levels:

• KNGU: Instap A, Pupil A-B, or bovenbouw FIG,A,B,C 
• Or comparable International levels

You’re used to training multiple hours a week at your own club and are ready to take your gymnastics to the next level? Then this TalentstarZ BoyZ Camp is definitely for you!

AcrostarZ All LevelZ is for competitive Acrobatic Gymnasts from 7 to 21 years old.

Dutch levels:

• Level: A, B & C
• Supplement 1 – 3 & Supplement 4 (from youth)
  
• Or comparable international levels

AcrostarZ All LevelZ is open to competitive acrobatic gymnasts of all levels. From developing competitive gymnasts to athletes competing at the highest national and international levels, everyone is welcome. Participants are grouped according to their age & level, so every gymnast can train at an appropriate level and get the most out of the camp.
