This summer, SportstarZ is heading to a new location for a special SportstarZ camp week.
During this week, two separate camps will take place: TalentstarZ Girls and OldstarZ. Both groups will have their own programme, coaches and atmosphere. Training sessions will take place at Turnhal Nijmegen, where the two camps will share the gymnastics facility.
TalentstarZ is for gymnasts who want to get the most out of their gymnastics career. During this five-day camp, training is at the heart of the programme. Under the guidance of experienced SportstarZ coaches, you will work on your technique, existing skills and new elements.
The training environment offers plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself, prepare for the upcoming season and continue developing your gymnastics.
Whether you want to improve your technique, refine existing skills, learn new elements or prepare for the upcoming season, the programme offers plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and make progress.
Participants are grouped based on age, level and the composition of the training group. The programme is adapted accordingly, with opportunities to work on technique, existing skills and new elements. Personal goals can also be taken into account, depending on the possibilities within the group.
TalentstarZ is for gymnasts aged 7 to 21 who train at a higher competitive level and are motivated to further develop their gymnastics.
During the TalentstarZ week, training is at the heart of the programme. Over five days, participants train for 4 to 5 hours per day. Alongside the training, there is of course plenty of time for relaxation, socialising and recreation.
Do you want to get the most out of your gymnastics career? Then TalentstarZ is your week.
From young talented gymnasts dreaming of their next step to former gymnasts who still look back on their gymnastics years with a smile, the love for gymnastics connects us all.
TalentstarZ stands for ambition, development and getting the most out of yourself. OldstarZ is about memories, fun and rediscovering why you fell in love with gymnastics in the first place.
Two generations. Two experiences. One passion for gymnastics.
Performance comes with fun!
The TalentstarZ programme consists of five days where training, development and fun are at the heart of the camp. Under the guidance of experienced SportstarZ coaches, you will work on your technique, existing skills and new elements, depending on the level and composition of the training group.
After training, participants stay at De Buitenhorst in Schaijk, a luxury group accommodation set in a green and rural environment on the edge of De Maashorst nature reserve. The different accommodations offer comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, cosy communal areas and plenty of space to relax together.
There is also plenty of space around the accommodation for sports, relaxation and social activities. Facilities include a table tennis table, jeu-de-boules courts and a playing field. The surrounding green area also offers plenty of opportunities for fun activities and recreation.
Every day, participants travel by coach to and from the training venue. All meals are included, with fresh meals provided throughout the week.
Throughout the week, you will experience the combination of training, personal development, making new international friendships and, above all, having lots of fun that makes a SportstarZ camp so special.
