AcrostarZ, the one and only SportstarZ acrobatics camp!
Training is at the heart of the AcrostarZ camp week. During five days, participants train under the guidance of experienced coaches, working on their technique, existing skills and new elements.
At AcrostarZ, both team development and personal growth are important. That is why we prefer participants to register with a team. This can be your current team, your team for the upcoming season, or for example a new team you form together with friends.
Individual registration is also possible. In that case, we will look at a suitable group placement and aim to place participants with others of a similar level where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that partners of exactly the same level or with the same goals will be available.
At the start of the week, we look at the composition and level of the different teams and groups. The training programme is adapted accordingly. There is room to work on team development, technique, existing skills and new elements. Personal goals can also be taken into account, but the possibilities for this depend on the composition and level of the group.
Training at Turnhal Westland
Training takes place at Turnhal Westland in Naaldwijk, featuring two full-size competition floors and a wide range of professional training facilities.
The gym offers:
- Two full-size competition floors
- Foam pits and various landing areas
- Multiple trampolines
- Safety harness systems for safely learning new skills
- Tumbling and airtrack facilities
- Various progressive training stations
The spacious and versatile training environment offers plenty of opportunities to train safely, diversely and purposefully.
More than just acrobatics
An AcrostarZ camp is, of course, all about acrobatics, but the camp week is about much more than training alone.
Alongside the training programme, there is plenty of time for recreation, socialising and meeting other acrobatic gymnasts from the Netherlands and abroad. Training together, working as a team, making new friends and having fun are an important part of the SportstarZ experience.
We finish the camp week with a festive demonstration where participants can showcase what they have worked on during the week.
A week full of acrobatics, development & fun
Five days of training together with your team or training partners, gaining new experiences and, above all, having lots of fun.
Registration is possible individually or with a team. Due to the team-oriented nature of acrobatics, we prefer participants to register with a team.
Performance comes with fun!
