Limburg-talentstarz-girls : The TalentstarZ program has a renewed concept since this year. This year’s sports-technical program is better suited to the individual wishes of the participant. By means of a personal questionnaire, the personal goals of the participants will become clear prior to the camp week. In this way, the participants can work on the elements they have chosen for most of the week. Maybe you can make big steps during the week or you even master the new elements by the end of the week!
Are you that gymnast who we’ll find on national and international competition stages within a few years? Do you live and breath gymnastics, age 9 and up and hold at least a SportstarZ-TalentstarZ-limit*? In that case this TalentZ Camp will be definitely it for you!
This new SportstarZ concept offers 5 days of intense training. During all sessions video equipment is available to analyse your techniques. We offer a trainer to gymnast ratio of 1:6 so even more individual attention is guaranteed here. In addition to the training sessions you’ll also be coached by professional mental sports coach and receive mental training. You’ll definitely be prepped to make the leap to the top!
The TalentstarZ program consists of 5 days of intensive training. Video equipment is available for all turn training courses to analyze your technique. The trainers ratio is 1: 6, so a lot of individual attention. In addition to gymnastics training, there are mental training sessions from a sportspsychologist. You will be geared up to make the jump to the top!
After the training we reside in an optimal sports environment in order to fully recharge again. Sports Hotel ‘de Moorsselse Hoeve’ offers fourteen modern and very comfortable quadruple bedrooms with excellent beds for a great rest and all with private bathrooms. The participants will be transferred daily by coach. Our professional chef will prepare our daily warm sports meals. This way you can get used to the life of a professional athlete.
