This Summer: SportstarZ SummerstarZ Camp at a New Location – Rijssen!

SportstarZ welcomes you this summer to an exciting new location: group accommodation De Langenberg in Rijssen! This spacious and versatile venue offers plenty of recreational opportunities alongside an intensive training program — the perfect combination of sport, fun, and relaxation!

Train in a Top-Class Gymnastics Hall

All training sessions will take place in the modern gymnastics hall in Rijssen, fully equipped by BOSAN. With a surface area of 750 m² and a thoughtfully designed setup, this facility has everything a gymnast could ask for:

• An extra-wide 7-meter run-up lane

• Multiple vaulting setups

• Both a hydraulic pit and foam pit

• A tumbling track and full-size trampoline

• Spacious beam and bar setups

Your Goals, Your Progress

At SummerstarZ, the focus is on your personal growth. The week begins with setting your own training goals. From there, every session is dedicated to improving the skills that matter most to you, with support from our experienced and passionate coaches.

By the end of the week, you might just showcase your dream skill during our final demo!

Who is SummerstarZ for?

The SummerstarZ level is designed for gymnasts in Dutch divisions and levels 3 to 6, or equivalent international levels, ages 8 to 24, who usually train less than 9 hours per week.

• Participants are grouped by age and level, allowing everyone to train at their own pace with personalized attention.

• Training is scheduled for 3 to 5 hours daily, divided into one or two sessions.

• Strong emphasis is placed on technique — the foundation of every successful gymnast.

More Than Just Training

Of course, camp isn’t only about gymnastics. SummerstarZ is a unique blend of sports and fun, with recreational activities that create lasting memories, new friendships, and plenty of laughter.

During the SportstarZ SummerstarZ camp, we will stay at De Boerderij, a spacious group accommodation located on the grounds of De Langenberg in Rijssen. With its cozy sleeping areas, warm atmosphere, and modern facilities, it provides the perfect base for an active and enjoyable week.

The building offers a large recreation room, a fully equipped professional kitchen, modern sanitary facilities (including accessible options), and outdoor spaces with a sports field, patio, and picnic benches. There is plenty of room to relax and have fun outside of training.

Comfort, atmosphere, and space come together here — the ideal place to unwind and have a great summer!

SummerstarZ for girls from 8 to 24 years

Dutch level & divisions: 3 to 6

For international levels: normally training less than 9 hours a week
