Get Closer to Your Goals This Summer

During the competitive season, training time is limited. Sessions focus on routines, competition preparation, and maintaining current level. There is often little space for individual technical development or targeted skill progression.

AcrostarZ, professional summer camp for acrobatic gymnasts, is designed to solve exactly that.

This is a dedicated development week for competitive acro gymnasts who want structured progress in a professional training environment.

The Right Environment for Technical Progress

Progress requires repetition, correction, and the right facilities. All training sessions take place in a fully equipped gymnastics center in Rijssen, featuring:

  • A full sprung acro floor (18 x 15 meters)

  • Mini tumble track

  • Harness systems for salto development

  • Mirror wall for technical feedback

  • Access to a fully equipped artistic gymnastics hall

This setup allows gymnasts to work safely on new elements, refine technique, and increase difficulty under professional supervision.

Individual Goals, Structured Development

In regular club training, personal development can be secondary to team preparation.

At AcrostarZ, each gymnast starts the week by defining clear individual objectives. Coaches translate these objectives into structured training sessions focused on:

  • Technical precision

  • Strength and body control

  • Skill progression

  • Safe development of new elements

The emphasis is on measurable progress. Gymnasts leave with visible technical improvement and greater confidence in their abilities.

Correct Level Matching

AcrostarZ groups gymnasts carefully based on age and competitive level to ensure:

  • Appropriate challenge

  • Maximum individual attention

  • Efficient training intensity

Eligible levels:

  • National A, B, or C

  • Supplement 1, 2, 3

  • Supplement 4 (Youth category and above)

  • Comparable international levels

Participation options:

  • With last season’s team

  • With upcoming season’s team

  • Individually (placement in a matching team)

More Than Training: Sustainable Performance

The camp combines intensive technical sessions with structured recreational activities. This balance supports mental recovery, team bonding, and overall motivation.

Because consistent progress is only possible in an environment where athletes feel supported, focused, and challenged.
