SportstarZ Gymnastics offers participants the option to choose extra security during registration through the Flexible Cancellation Policy. This policy is designed to limit financial risks in the event of unexpected cancellation, without being an insurance product.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS THE FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Flexible Cancellation Policy is an additional commercial service that can be added during registration for a surcharge of 5.5% of the total camp fee. The policy entitles the participant to a 100% refund of the camp costs, excluding booking fees and the surcharge for the policy, if cancellation occurs for valid reasons.<\/p>\n

WHEN DOES THE POLICY APPLY?<\/h4>\n

Refunds under this policy are possible in case of cancellation due to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Illness or accident of the participant (must be supported by a medical certificate).<\/li>\n
  • Death of a direct family member (1st or 2nd degree).<\/li>\n
  • Serious illness or life-threatening situation of a family member (1st or 2nd degree).<\/li>\n
  • Accident or hospitalization of a family member (1st or 2nd degree).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    CONDITIONS FOR USE<\/h4>\n

    To claim under this policy, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The policy must be selected during registration and the surcharge must be paid.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation must be submitted in writing, accompanied by relevant supporting documents.<\/li>\n
    • The cancellation must be reported within five working days after the situation arises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      IMPORTANT NOTE<\/h4>\n

      The Flexible Cancellation Policy is not an insurance<\/strong>. There is no insurance policy and no involvement of an insurance company. The policy is solely a commercial service and is fully governed by the terms and conditions of SportstarZ Aquatics.<\/p>\n
