  1. Definitions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.<\/p>\n

    1.1 In these terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”, the following definitions apply:
    1.2 “Participant”: the natural person who, under the Agreement between SportstarZ and the Client, makes use of the services of SportstarZ as a participant.
    1.3 “Registration Form”: the form that is part of the SportstarZ website or a directly linked page of SportstarZ.
    1.4 “Client”: the natural person or legal entity who enters into the Agreement with SportstarZ and has accepted the Terms and Conditions. The Client must be of legal age.
    1.5 “Agreement”: an agreement between SportstarZ and the Client regarding one or more services to be provided by SportstarZ for the benefit of the Client and Participant.
    1.6 “Travel Sum”: the total amount for the services provided by SportstarZ under an Agreement with the Client, including VAT and excluding any cancellation insurance.
    1.7 SportstarZ, trading under the name SportstarZ, based in Noordwijkerhout (NL), hereinafter referred to as “SportstarZ”.
    1.8 “Sports Camp”: the product of SportstarZ.
    1.9 “Bicycle Rental Provider”: the natural person or legal entity responsible for the rental or loan of bicycles.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Applicability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, order confirmations, and agreements made by SportstarZ, as well as any related or subsequent agreements.
      2.2 The applicability of any general or specific terms of the Client is expressly rejected by SportstarZ.
      2.3 Deviations from or additions to the Agreement or these Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing by SportstarZ.
      2.4 In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail.
      2.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or contrary to public order or the law, only that provision shall be deemed unwritten, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Formation of the Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1 All offers by SportstarZ are non-binding and subject to availability unless expressly agreed otherwise.
        3.2 The Agreement is concluded after the Client has completed and submitted the Registration Form, or after the Client has agreed in writing (e.g. by email) to a written offer. For online registrations, a 7-day cooling-off period applies. Within this period, the registration may be cancelled free of charge without stating reasons, provided this is done in writing.
        3.3 Registrations are processed in order of receipt of the first installment payment. If the maximum number of participants for a sports camp has been reached, the registration will not be processed.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1 A deposit (45% of the travel sum) must be paid immediately after receipt of the booking confirmation. The second installment (55%) must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the sports camp.
          4.2 If the booking is made less than 45 days before the start, full payment must be made within 7 days, and in any case before the start of the camp.
          4.3 If payment is not made on time, the Client is automatically in default without notice.
          4.4 In case of late payment, SportstarZ reserves the right to cancel the Agreement, and the Client will be liable for cancellation costs.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Instructions and Code of Conduct<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1 The Participant must follow all reasonable instructions from SportstarZ to ensure proper execution of the Agreement and must comply with the rules set by SportstarZ during the stay.
            5.2 Participants causing disturbance or inconvenience may be excluded from continuation of the camp. All resulting costs are at the Participant\u2019s expense. No refund will be given.
            5.3 If SportstarZ expects that a Participant may cause disturbance, it may cancel the Agreement.
            5.4 The Participant (or parent\/guardian if minor) agrees that photos and\/or videos may be taken during the camp and used for promotional purposes.
            5.5 The Participant is not allowed to leave the sports camp without supervision.<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Liability of SportstarZ Gymnastics<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Participation is entirely at the Participant\u2019s own risk. SportstarZ is not liable for injury, damage, or loss unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the amount paid.<\/p>\n

              6.1 All personal belongings remain at the Participant\u2019s risk. SportstarZ is not liable for theft, loss, or damage unless caused by intent or deliberate recklessness.
              6.2 SportstarZ is not liable for damages covered by insurance.
              6.3 SportstarZ is not liable for transport unless it provides transport itself or in cases of intent or gross negligence.
              6.4 SportstarZ is not liable for damage to rented bicycles; the Client is responsible.
              6.5 Liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance.
              6.6 The Participant\/Client is responsible for diet and medication use.<\/p>\n

              6.7 Health insurance and medical costs<\/p>\n

              Participants must have valid health insurance. Any medical costs are fully at the Participant\u2019s or parents\u2019 expense. SportstarZ is not liable for costs not covered by insurance.<\/p>\n

                \n
              1. Liability of the Client<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1 The Client is jointly liable for damages caused by the Participant.
                7.2 The Client indemnifies SportstarZ against third-party claims.
                7.3 The Client is responsible for correct personal data. SportstarZ is not liable for refusal due to incorrect data.<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Force Majeure \/ Changes \/ Cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  8.1 In case of force majeure, SportstarZ may offer an alternative or terminate the Agreement without compensation.
                  8.2 Force majeure includes insufficient registrations.
                  8.3 Transport costs are not reimbursed.
                  8.4 No compensation is due in cases such as terrorism, natural disasters, travel warnings, disease, or strikes.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Cancellation by the Client<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    9.1 Cancellation must be in writing.
                    9.2 Cancellation fees:
                    Up to 45 days before departure: deposit
                    45\u201320 days: 75%
                    Within 20 days: 100%
                    9.3 Replacement is allowed for \u20ac25 administration fee.<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Lost Property<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Items are kept for three weeks after the camp, after which SportstarZ may dispose of them.<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. Insurance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        11.1 The Client must arrange travel and accident insurance with sports coverage.
                        11.2 The Client must check booking details.
                        11.3 EU participants must have an EHIC card.
                        11.4 Participation may be refused without proof of insurance.<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        1. Bicycle Rental<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          The Participant must use the bicycle properly, park and lock it correctly, and follow traffic rules. The Participant is responsible for fines and damages. Loss or damage must be reported within 2 hours. Costs may go up to \u20ac400 depending on damage or loss.<\/p>\n

                            \n
                          1. Air Transport<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            Airline terms also apply. SportstarZ is not liable for delays or cancellations.<\/p>\n

                              \n
                            1. Transport Delays<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              SportstarZ is not liable for delays due to force majeure and may adjust the program without refund.<\/p>\n

                                \n
                              1. Merchandise Warranty<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                6 months warranty for material defects under normal use. Shipping costs are for the customer.<\/p>\n

                                  \n
                                1. Flexible Cancellation Scheme<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  Clients may opt for a flexible cancellation scheme (5.5% fee). This allows 100% refund (excluding booking costs and fee) in specific cases such as illness or death in the family. Requests must be submitted with proof within 5 working days. SportstarZ decides if the case qualifies.<\/p>\n

                                    \n
                                  1. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    Dutch law applies. The Dutch version prevails over translations. Disputes are handled by the court in The Hague.<\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    1. Media<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      Participation implies consent to use photos and videos for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n
