At SportstarZ Camps, we offer different camp options for different levels of gymnasts.<\/p>\n

Each camp is designed to match the level, training experience and individual needs of the participants. Choosing the camp that best matches your level is important to ensure that every gymnast can get the most out of their camp experience.<\/p>\n

Within each camp, gymnasts are divided into training groups based on age, level and experience. So even at an All LevelZ camp, gymnasts who meet the TalentstarZ requirements can train in a TalentstarZ-level group.<\/p>\n

  • Minimum of 12 hours of gymnastics training per week<\/li>\n
  • Or a comparable international level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Are you a gymnast who loves to train, learn new skills and have fun with other gymnasts? Whether you\u2019re just starting out or already have several years of gymnastics experience, All LevelZ GirlZ is the perfect camp for you!<\/p>\n

      This camp brings together gymnasts of different levels and ages. During training, you\u2019ll be placed in a group that matches your individual level and experience, so you can challenge yourself and make progress at your own pace.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/5″]

      Old StarZ Camp is for female gymnasts aged 21 and older who are currently active gymnasts or have previously competed at a competitive level.<\/p>\n

      To ensure that everyone can enjoy a challenging and suitable training week, we have set a few minimum requirements:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • KNGU: currently or previously competed in Division 4 or higher<\/li>\n
      • USAG: currently or previously competed at Level 6 or higher<\/li>\n
      • Minimum skills: kip on low and high bar, round-off back handspring layout on floor<\/li>\n
      • Comparable international competition level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The camp is designed to offer a challenging and exciting week of gymnastics, while creating opportunities to connect, have fun and share the passion for gymnastics with like-minded peers.<\/p>\n

          AcrostarZ All LevelZ is for competitive Acrobatic Gymnasts from 7 to 21 years old.<\/p>\n

          Dutch levels:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Level A, B, or C<\/li>\n
          • Supplement 1, 2, or 3<\/li>\n
          • Supplement 4 (from youth level)<\/li>\n
          • or comparable foreign level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Participation in AcrostarZ can be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • with your team from the previous season;<\/li>\n
            • with your team for the upcoming season;<\/li>\n
            • without a team. You will then be placed in a team during the camp that best matches your level and the composition of the group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              We prefer participants to register with a team<\/strong><\/em>, as AcrostarZ training is strongly focused on teamwork and team development.
