At SportstarZ International Gymnastics Camp, athletes train with gymnasts from all over Europe in a fun, safe, and professionally organized environment. The camp is a unique collaboration between all level competitive\u00a0gymnasts, elite-level coaches, and the most advanced gymnastics centers in the Netherlands. Our all-inclusive packages cover training, accommodation, meals, and more \u2013 offering gymnasts a complete summer experience.<\/p>\n

The dedicated SportstarZ crew consists of professional supervisors, experienced competitive gymnasts, and enthusiastic KNGU-certified coaches (Royal Dutch Gymnastics Federation). We focus on technical development and individual growth, prioritizing quality over quantity to help every athlete boost their skills, confidence, and performance.<\/p>\n

At SportstarZ Gymnastics Camp, we offer a variety of summer camps tailored to different levels and training backgrounds \u2013 ensuring every gymnast receives the right balance of challenge, support, and fun.<\/p>\n

We maintain a low coach-to-gymnast ratio of 1:7 to 1:8 (1:6 during TalentstarZ weeks), allowing for plenty of individual attention and expert guidance.<\/p>\n

Training sessions last between three to five hours per day, divided into one or two focused sessions, with a strong emphasis on technique. At SportstarZ, we believe that proper technique is the foundation of every sport, and it\u2019s essential to develop these skills from a young age.<\/p>\n

At the start of each training week, participants set personal goals together with their mentor. Based on these goals, a personalized plan is created to help them get the most out of their camp experience and progress optimally throughout the week.<\/p>\n

But summer camp is about more than just training \u2014 we combine gymnastics with fun recreational activities to create an unforgettable experience. After all, we live by our motto: \u201cPerformance comes with having fun!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
